Nice place to hang out and enjoy yummy cold beer 🍺

Good food and outdoor seating was relaxing for me.

You are not served at all, nobody feels responsible for the table, it is huge chaos and the waiters are completely overwhelmed! Really corrosive! It is also super dirty and loveless!

Everything okay, definitely expandable service. The "pocket ashtrays" against the mountains of cigarette butts here are very praiseworthy!

Card payments abolished in Corona times, cash payments only. Where the smallest business has just started contactless. Then you are sent to the machine 5 € fee, invoice or direct online transfer also declined instead

Very new hotel, in a historic building in the heart of the city, attended with great kindness and professionalism. Breakfast, served at the table, is very varied and abundant. Very comfortable rooms.

Very pleasant and thanks to the Aachen pond everything is very harmonious. The staff is very polite and attentive and the boss is always up for a joke. Thanks for the evening and the good food. PS: Burger with fries tastes amazing

Beautiful, inviting beer garden right on the pond (which is finally clean and clear again). Beer garden menu is okay. Permanent staff excellent. Unfortunately no temporary help. But a pleasant place to stay in Cologne.

The Aachener Weiher alone is worth visiting! Pure idyll! You meet, walk, relax and get to know new people and make old friends over a delicious, cool Kölsch! 😉 many reasons and the East Asian Museum is also around the corner! 😉

The problem isn't with the facility rather the area. So much garbage from beer caps to bottles and cigarette butts.

Nice location and great view of the Aachener Weiher. Unfortunately, the service is rather moderately good and often slow and the chairs and tables are showing their age (except for the beer benches, of course - it's bearable). The food is okay, but you tend to go there for drinks anyway. All in all a nice place for a few drinks in the summer sun. It's a shame that the large wooden swings haven't been there for some time.

The location, drinks, is great however the staff attitude could be more costumer friendly.

Nice view and services

Hm, somehow I always seem to have bad days when I come here. The coffee tastes good, the view of the Aachen pond is great (location) but I can't give more points. A little unmotivated waiter, sawing next door (sawdust and noise, on a Sunday). Would have liked to have stayed for more than one coffee but the feel-good factor is missing. There's definitely more in here

Food was great. It was a warm day and drinks were cold as you would expect, which is great. Service is not good, tho. You can't expect much from people serving. Just try being friendly and they will respond to it after 4 or 5 times serving you (or drinks were making its effect, one never know :P). It is very well located and tables are nice for couples, friends or groups. I would definitely spend some more afternoons there during summer.

Bridge day, Friday 1pm ..... You cannot order anything to eat, it is "nobody here" from the kitchen. But you also don't know when someone will be here and there will be food. Unfortunately, another sad chapter of the beer garden in NRW. Without words for a beer garden. The wheat tastes good and is cold.

Came to Aachen for the Christmas markets and got taken with this beer garden. Stayed here for a few pints and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
